Reimagining transportation in 2050.

San Francisco

Project Length

2 months

Stratim came to us with a question: what will the future of personal transportation be, and how can we communicate our place in that vision of the future?

Having worked with the Stratim team to help them brand and position their previous operation (Zirx, a car valet and parking startup), we were more than willing to get involved a second time when they asked us for help in pivoting away from being a consumer startup to become a B2B operation.

The challenge was to identify and communicate a compelling vision of the future of transportation (and of course, how Stratim was central to this) in a way that didn't alienate potential customers today, many of whom are traditional, large auto businesses.

We carried out a 2 month strategy and positioning project with their team, starting off with researching and understanding their market and business, before moving on to brand strategy and positioning, designing brand assets and style guides, writing content and copy and building a website to communicate their new brand and direction.

Back to the future

As a long-term partner, we've been heavily involved with Stratim's push to roll out their new brand across all their marketing and products.

Since the initial project ended, we've helped the team to define and implement a UI for their main product and a ‘living style guide’ to define how that UI can be shared across their different apps and websites.

We've also helped them to improve the UX for users of their platform and to implement more effective testing of updates and design iterations with their users.
